2. Service Description
AIHook is an API gateway providing access to third-party language models (OpenAI, Anthropic, Google, and others). The service is provided on a prepaid credit basis.
3. Registration and Account
- By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old.
- You agree to provide accurate information and keep your login credentials secure.
- One user may hold one account.
4. Payments and Credits
- Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once added.
- Prices are listed without VAT. VAT payers will be charged VAT according to applicable regulations.
- Minimum top-up amount is specified in the pricing page.
5. Prohibited Use
You may not use the service to generate content that is unlawful, obscene, spreads disinformation, infringes third-party rights, or could harm the operator or other users.
6. Availability and Warranties
The operator strives for continuous availability but does not guarantee 100% uptime. AI model responses are generated automatically — the operator is not responsible for their accuracy or completeness.
7. Privacy
Processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy.
8. Changes
The operator reserves the right to change these terms at any time. Registered users will be notified by email.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Slovak Republic.
