- Registration data: name, email address, optional company details (VAT ID).
- Billing data: billing address. Card numbers are not stored — payments are processed via Stripe.
- Usage logs: API requests, token consumption, IP address, timestamps.
- Conversation content: messages sent via the API. Content is not stored by AIHook servers after the request is fulfilled.

- Providing and improving the service.
- Billing and accounting.
- Security and abuse prevention.
- Compliance with legal obligations.
4. Legal Basis (GDPR)
Processing is necessary for contract performance (Art. 6(1)(b)), legal obligations (c), and legitimate interests (f) — security and fraud prevention.
5. Recipients
AI model providers (request content only), Stripe Inc. (payments), hosting providers. We do not sell data to third parties.
6. Retention
Accounting records are retained for 10 years. Operational logs are retained for a maximum of 12 months.
